Case in point the Christian Pastor Joel Osteen, who is the leader of one of the largest churches and congregations, in the United States. It's called a Mega-church, but is wasn't always that way. Joel would be the first one to tell you, that he had no desire to pastor a church. Prior to his father's passing, he loved what he was doing, by being a behind the scenes guy. Then after sickness, his father passed away, Joel was called on to pastor the church, and refused by using every excuse in the book, but God had a different plan for him. Fast forward twelve years, here is a man with no prior public speaking experience, who is a poised, confident and eloquent speaker, why because he discovered the secret.
